Phone crash alert leads to search, no crash found

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Liverpool Township responded to a possible vehicle accident reported through an iPhone crash notification near Toad Hollow Road. Responding units found no crash and recovered a phone on the roadway, which was later turned over to state police.
