Uncooperative man blasting music at residence

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a highly uncooperative person at a residence on Plantation Boulevard in Liverpool. Additional units were requested, and officers later made entry and brought the situation under control. A separate possible larceny incident was also reported at a fitness center in the area.
