A neighbor called about a domestic dispute inside a nearby apartment. The caller heard banging on a door, a man trying to leave, and a woman telling him not to leave. A woman briefly called emergency services, reported a domestic situation at the address, and then hung up. Dispatch noted an alert for a combative person with mental health issues at that location, and officers were sent to check on the people involved.
