Elderly woman falls and injures knee in Litchfield

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were sent to a home on Hardscrabble Road in Litchfield for an eighty-six-year-old woman who had fallen, could not get up, and appeared to have a knee injury with reduced alertness.
