Group of youths throw rocks at car in parking lot
AssaultIn the parking lot of Burrito Perea, caller saying that there is a group of 20 kids on e-bikes that were just throwing rocks at his car window. Caller is repeatedly saying he's going to kill them if he doesn't get their clip. He is now standing outside of his vehicle with a hand hatchet for self-protection. I'm trying to tell him to put it back. He's now yelling at one of the kids. Oh, I'm going to be telling out 223. They're going to call (name withheld) anything. He's going to go kill him.
