Woman in active seizure reports full arrest near Linden

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire and medical crews responded to a medical emergency at a laundry business near West Broad Street in Linden, where a woman around 30 years old reportedly went from an active seizure to a possible cardiac arrest. Police and MedStar units were also on scene, and the patient was later reported to be breathing.
