Got a . possible neglect[1] in progress, the pedestrian bridge just south of 48th and orchard. Our caller, (name withheld), is parked nearby accepting contact as a witness is needed. Says he can see at least one, two- or three-year-old, white male and a yellow shirt and black shorts on the bridge without an adult present. Thinks there may be a second child in black clothing there as well. It's only gotten the one call so far, for eight an orchard on the pedestrian bridge to south. C290420 C. C. C59. 1648, our callers calling back. advising the children are off the bridge and headed eastbound towards the trailer park.
