(name withheld), once contact, she was okay with 13 originally, says that there was a newer white Nissan van occupied by three that was parked in the alley behind her house. She could hear somebody screaming for help. The vehicle then left at 553. Caller tried to call then couldn't get through. When, just shortly ago, they called back stating that the vehicle had moved about a block away was between 33rd and 32nd and T Street. That was about 12 ago now.
