Single car crash on Highway 24 near Liberty

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reports a single-vehicle traffic crash on Highway 24 near Tony Lane, close to a bridge east of Liberty. Two people are in the vehicle, airbags deployed, and the caller said the car left the roadway to avoid a deer. The vehicle was later reported to be in the roadway, and help was requested to arrange a wrecker to remove it.
