Man with altered mental status and chest pain at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency medical crews responded to an apartment building on South Main Street in Lewistown for a 67-year-old man found on the floor with apparent altered mental status after earlier chest pain and reported nitroglycerin use.
