Crash after driver swerves to avoid deer on US 191

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to a traffic crash on US 191 north of Lewistown. A vehicle went off the road after the driver swerved to avoid a deer. The driver sustained injuries and reported difficulty breathing. The car remained upright at the scene.
