Male with arm and leg amputations found in apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent to Chapel Street alley near Maple Street in Lewiston for a male patient. They were later directed to an apartment on Lisbon Street, where a male with apparent arm and leg amputations was reported.
