As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies in Lewis, Colorado, received a report of a semi truck driving recklessly northbound on Highway 491. The vehicle reportedly crossed double yellow lines and nearly caused an accident before continuing north. The trailer was described as having the word '(number withheld)' on the back.
