Hazard, 371. 10-4[1]. We received a call of a male subject that tried to jump out in front of a vehicle. It's on Highway 28. Caller was around Highway 28 and 1110. By this subject was walking towards Chavvy's. He's got long black hair. Approximately five foot tall. I was wearing some green clothing in the patrol area in Temple Oak.
