Resident reports finding missing woman on Vance Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received a call from a woman who reported possibly locating a previously missing female near the North Main Street and Vance Street area in Lenoir. Officers were directed to an address on Vance Street to check on the missing person’s welfare.
