Traffic stop at state park playground area

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop on a gray Nissan utility vehicle near the playgrounds at Lake Le-Aqua-Na State Park in the Lena area. The incident appears to have involved an Illinois-registered vehicle.
