Two semis driving recklessly on Highway 24

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a traffic complaint about two semi trucks reportedly swerving and honking at other vehicles on Highway 24 near mile marker 206 by Leadville. The caller later lost contact with dispatch and did not agree to sign a complaint.
