Anhydrous ammonia leak at Leroy fertilizer plant

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a reported anhydrous ammonia leak at a fertilizer facility near the (number withheld) block of North Buck Street in Leroy. Responders were asked to use protective gear to shut off a valve, and no ambulance was requested at that time.
