Vehicle crash reported at Ulmerton and Starkey, Largo FL

if it's due to a u-turn coming off ulmerton onto ulmerton at Starkey I understand I watch people make the turn off the Starkey on the ulmerton why the people on ulmerton have the right away to make their u-turn they're not even paying attention. I put my window down and my arm out to let these people know that I'm making a u-turn. it's also happens very much at East Bay and Starkey with the u-turns. I don't know if this is what it's about but just morning people when you do that you make sure that you throw your arm out there put your window down let them know that it's your turn to turn not theirs good luck.
