Man on bicycle yells at women, appears suicidal

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were sent to the area of West Mary Street and West K Street in Lansing for a report of a man on a bicycle yelling at two women. The caller said he was wearing a red shirt, black shorts, and a fanny pack and appeared possibly suicidal, and requested that officers check on him.
