Fire alarm checked at Crystal Lane home

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and an ambulance responded to a reported fire alarm at a home on Crystal Lane in Lansing after a neighbor called about an alarm sounding and an open window. Responders checked the two-story residence, which had a mattress fire the previous day, and reported no apparent hazards before returning to service.
