Two-vehicle crash with injuries near Lancaster Walmart

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a reported two-vehicle crash with injuries near the Walmart on North Memorial Drive, apparently involving one vehicle striking a stop sign. Police and fire units established command at the scene. A separate call reported a possible stroke at a residence on Carroll Northern Road Northwest.
