Stove burner overheating in Lancaster apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, firefighters were dispatched to an apartment on Main Street in Lancaster for reports of a possible electrical fire, where a stove burner was overheating and could not be turned off. The call was later reported to have been made in error, but a unit still responded to check the location.
