Dogs locked in SUV towed by U-Haul in high heat

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers received a report of a U-Haul towing a gray SUV on US 50 near Lakin with two dogs locked inside. The caller believed the animals might be in distress because of the heat. Units attempted to locate the vehicle and passed information to the highway patrol.
