Stroke patient receives CPR near 17th Street S

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a possible stroke patient near the intersection of Riviera Avenue South and 17th Street South in Lower St. Croix Valley. The patient reportedly stopped breathing and CPR was in progress when units arrived.
