Person rescued conscious after water incident at Turtleback Falls

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to Turtleback Falls for a rescue operation involving an individual who was pulled from the water and is conscious and breathing. The person was transported via UTV to a helipad with multiple units assisting including Medic 6 and Medic 5.
