Older woman choking at restaurant and loses consciousness

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a restaurant on West Philip Street for a possible choking incident involving a woman in her seventies, who reportedly went from conscious to unconscious while an off-duty officer attempted the Heimlich maneuver. EMS arrived on scene.
