Person needs medical aid after swallowing water at Lake Isabella

As discussed during the dispatch call, a water rescue incident near French Gulch involved at least one person needing medical aid after swallowing too much water. Medical personnel were initially advised to stage at Launch 19, but the patient declined and continued by vessel to French Gulch for ambulance transport.
