Officers check 911 open line near East 400 North

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a possible 911 open line that appeared to originate near the (number withheld) block of East 400 North by Huntington Road. There were no reported sounds of distress, and the phone number was linked to a man while responders continued efforts to make contact and a unit headed to the area.
