Two vehicles blocking traffic after crash

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports apparent property damage involving two red vehicles that were blocking the intersection near Giles Road and West Giles Road. A reporting party called back to say the owner of one of the vehicles had returned, and units were sent to the scene.
