Possible missing stop sign at intersection

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported a possible traffic hazard at the intersection of Eastport Parkway and McDermott Plaza, where a stop sign may be down after a near collision involving a vehicle that did not stop. A unit checked the area, and public works was notified.
