Reckless pickup trucks reported on Highway 285

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported two pickup trucks carrying dirt bikes driving recklessly and possibly intoxicated on Highway 160 and Highway 285 near Estrella and heading toward La Jara. Separately, fire crews were dispatched to a reported fire near Harmony Way and Cottonwood Creek, where a resident was attempting to put water on the fire.
