Chair burned in yard at East 10th Street home, La Harpe KS

00:00

103 Station 1, I just drove by (number withheld) East 10th Street in Humboldt.

00:06

The owner of the house burned a chair that was out in front of his yard.

00:14

I didn't see anybody else there.

00:19

Nobody council reported.

00:27

10-4.

00:29

I thought

00:30

you weren't allowed to burn fertilizer, but you know, and it was called in by city hall.

00:41

I do know that that residence is getting ready to be raised at some point.

00:48

Don't know when, but I think they were just waiting for him to get some of the stuff out of there.
