Tree and power lines down cause local outage

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to reports of a tree and power lines down along Melrose Road in Luzerne Township, causing a power outage in the area. Responding units were later advised to cancel because the situation had apparently been handled earlier.
