As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a reported stabbing near North J Street in Kokomo. The complainant reported that a known male pulled a knife and left westbound on Tate, possibly on a bicycle and possibly homeless, and may frequent a nearby library parking lot. The victim’s wound was described as superficial, and medics were cleared to approach.
