Suicidal subject contacted near Lake & McGill; knife reported in backpack

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies handled a suicidal subject call and coordinated to meet the person as they went south on McGill Street toward the area of Lake and McGill. An officer reported being out with the subject; the original radio traffic indicates a knife was reported to be in the person’s backpack and they were taking it off when contacted.
