Girl has first-time seizure at Nob Noster Middle School

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 13-year-old female student near Wimer Street experienced a possible seizure lasting 3 to 6 minutes. She is now conscious and talking, with a headache and tingling sensation. EMS is en route with stable vital signs and has established an IV. Parents have not yet been contacted. Transport estimated in 10 to 20 minutes.
