Verbal domestic and medical issue at Knightstown home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to a residence near West 900 North for a 43-year-old man with possible insulin problems and a reported verbal domestic dispute. Law enforcement was also sent, and responders discussed whether to stage before approaching the scene.
