Loose hound dog missing from Luke Street home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report that an orange and white hound dog got loose from a residence near Luke Street in Kitty Hawk. Units were asked to be on the lookout after a child reported the dog missing for about 30 minutes.
