She's breathing about 23 times a minute with a cap no at 21. She is extremely lethargic. She is cool, pale, diaphoretic. I have IV access established for Zophran on board. She's on. Sugar is 127. She's unable to give me any information. She is, however, alert on it sounds for GCS-1-5.
