Patient states she began having some chest pain, took her prescribed nitroglycerin, just one dose, became feeling dizzy. Patient no longer has chest pain, no longer dizzy at this time. Patient Bayo Forge, T.S.15, current vitals as follows. 68, normal sinus on the monitor. 99% on remair, unlabored respiratory rate of approximately 14. Last blood pressure, 100 over 60, 100 over 60. With the BGL of 98, 9-8. We do have IV access established and fluid to be administered at this time. We'll be at your facility in approximately 5 minutes. Require any further? I'll see you copy.
