Inbound with a 72, 72 year old male.

Initial 911 call was for shortness of breath.

Long story short, upon our arrival, patient's heart rate was 149 with a pressure of 90/90 over 50.

Upon getting him into the truck, his blood pressure then went down to sixties over forties.

Heart rate still maintaining a sinus in the 140s.

Did get 12-lead, not seeing any elevation.

Got an 18-gauge established in his left hand.

The initial 250 bolus, his pressure went up to like 120s over, I believe it was like 70s.

Cardiac rhythm changed into like a sinus arrhythmia type going on.
