Erratic pickup reported on state route 308

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a white pickup driving erratically on State Route 308 near Bremerton, with the driver apparently drifting between lanes and possibly having eyes closed, before the vehicle pulled over on the right shoulder just north of the Kingston exit.
