Injured driver found after reported sideswipe crash

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of an injured man who appeared at a business in King City covered in blood, saying he had been sideswiped on Route D. He then left in a truck with a large trailer and was later contacted with EMS near the intersection of Route M and Missouri 48, reportedly trying to get home toward Skidmore. It is unclear if this incident is related to another call.
