Person found unconscious on beach at North Virginia Dare Trail

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical call for an unconscious person was reported on the beach near North Virginia Dare Trail at the cross streets of East Wright Avenue and Sutton Avenue. Rescue and engine units responded and later cleared the scene.
