Disturbance at zoo involving man leaving on tractor

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were sent to a reported domestic disturbance at a mini zoo on Detour Road involving a man described as leaving the area on a tractor and possibly experiencing a manic episode. In a separate call, deputies were dispatched to an apartment complex on New Design Road for an upstairs noise complaint.
