Low-hanging power line on Caroline Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews respond to a report of a low-hanging power line in front of a business near the 400 block of Caroline Street in Key West. The line is not down but reportedly hangs low enough to be reached or struck by a passing vehicle.
