Shoplifting suspect flees Walmart parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports an apparent shoplifting in progress at a Walmart near West Whites Bridge Avenue in Kerman. An adult male suspect reportedly left the parking lot on foot, last seen heading westbound on Whites Bridge past a nearby Chevron station toward a restaurant. Units are also heard handling a separate possible minor traffic collision involving two vehicles near train tracks in another area.
