Hit and run reported in Walmart parking lot

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible hit and run in a store parking lot near West Whitesbridge Avenue in Kerman. The reporting party states his white Chevy Camaro was struck by an unknown vehicle and he is waiting in the grocery-side parking area for contact.
