Officers check report of low wire on South 21st Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers checked a reported low-hanging wire near South 21st Street. They found the wire was not low or in the roadway, and a neighbor reported it had been that way for a long time. A motorcycle rider was also noted heading westbound into Cranford.
